Research

I am currently engaged in research focused on Machine Learning Approaches in Smart Cities, supervised by Dr. Árpád Huszák. My research centers around the optimization of traffic flow in urban road networks using machine learning techniques. The research leverages real-time data from sensors such as loop detectors, traffic cameras, and V2X communication technologies to optimize traffic light control and reduce congestion.

This research also explores the use of reinforcement learning for dynamic traffic rule changes, self-driving vehicle functions at level 5 autonomy, and cooperative autonomous driving systems in urban environments. The goal is to enhance the efficiency of traffic management systems and contribute to the development of smart city infrastructure.
