Dr. Chang Liu
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Networked Systems and Services (HIT), Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (VIK), at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), Hungary. I received both my MSc in Electrical Engineering and PhD in Computer Engineering from BME-VIK. I am also a Research Fellow at the Machine Perception Research Laboratory (MPLAB), HUN‑REN Institute for Computer Science and Control (HUN‑REN SZTAKI). I currently serve as Chair of the IEEE Hungary Section Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS) Chapter.
